Current issues of legal regulation of green investments in Ukraine

Description

A guest lecture for 2nd-year students of the Institute of Law No. 5, studying in the speciality 081 “Law”. During the lecture, the peculiarities of legal regulation, types and principles of green investment, and obstacles that hinder its spread in Ukraine were revealed. A lively discussion among the audience was sparked by the issue of promising areas for developing and supporting green investment in Ukraine in the current environment.

The lecture was held at the invitation of Yulia Kyrychenko, Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security at the School of Business No. 5.
