The dataset is associated with the published manuscript:

Data were collected from regenerative-agriculture maize experiments at three sites in Kenya (Kabete, Kishenyi, Maktau) across two growing seasons (2023-2024), spanning different agroecological zones. Six Bushnell Trophy Cam E3 field cameras (two per site, IDs A1-C2) captured near-daily images (around 3,000 images, captured at 10:00 local time).
The dataset contains the following components:
- README.md (detailed description of the dataset)
- Field_camera_images: 2,694 daily RGB images from six cameras (Feb 2023 - Jul 2024).
- GCC_extracted_SavitzkyGolay_smoothed.csv: daily Savitzky-Golay-smoothed GCC per plot.
- Agroclimatic.csv: daily temperature, rainfall, and soil moisture per site.
- Pheno_stages_BBCH.csv: ground-observed BBCH phenological stages.
- biophysical_measurements.csv: biweekly plant height, chlorophyll, stomatal conductance, and LAI (median per plot).
- Shapefile_experimental_sites.zip: GIS boundaries of the experimental sites.
