Coherent Raman microscope

Multimodal nonliear optical microscope (inverted) for label free chemically specific imaging of solids and liquids with little to no sample preparation. Main imaging modalities include stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) for fast measurement of vibrational spectral images, sum frequency or second harmonic generation (SFG/SHG) for crystalline solids, and two-photon excited fluorescence (TPEF), as well as conventional confocal fluorescence imaging.
