The HelsinkiALD group, led by Professors Mikko Ritala and Matti Putkonen, is doing research in the field of inorganic materials chemistry. Our main research topic is Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) but also other methods for thin film deposition and nanostructure preparation are studied.
