Aerovirology and Bioaerosols
We investigate different types of viruses from structural perspective, proposing that seemingly unrelated viruses may have a common origin. Recently, we have started a new interdisciplinary research collaboration with the Finnish Meteorological Institute. Our new line of research focuses on airborne virus transmission, dispersion pathways and mechanisms of different bioaerosols and microbial ice nucleation. Read more on our research group website.
