Educational institutions must be able to answer to the challenges set by a changing society, increasingly diverse student groups, and the need to develop learning environments. Leadership in Educational Contexts research group (LeadEd) conducts research to support the development of leadership in the field of education. The group consists of researchers and trainers with shared aims for developing leadership in educational contexts.
