Curriculum vitae

The doctoral student currently works as a visiting researcher in TMC group. In 2006, he graduated at University of Tanta, Faculty of Dentistry in Egypt; where he was able to join the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as a resident and then as a demonstrator, thus allowing him to get a solid knowledge in the field. In his M.D.Sc thesis he concentrated on the evaluation of the role of autogenous bone-marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in the repair of mandibular bone defects experimentally in rabbits, which was a co-operative work of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department of Tanta Dental School and the Histology Department-Tissue Engineering Unit- of The School of Medicine, Tanta University. His previous work endowed him an intense experience on the in vitro cell culturing of MSCs which is vital for current projects.
