Personal profile

Description of research and teaching

I investigate the neural dynamics of language processing and language learning. The specific emphasis is on morphological processing. In my research, I use electro- and magnetoencephalography (EEG, MEG), functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) as well as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

I act as a Principal Investigator in a research project funded by the University of Helsinki, where we investigate rapid word and affix learning as well as the impact of sleep on language learning.
