Description of research and teaching
I study Finland's climate and forest policy, focusing on the relationships between science and policy. My research is part of the research project "Scientific knowledge and political networks in national climate policy", funded by the Kone foundation.
I have previously studied media debates on climate change policy from a comparative perspective.
I'm part of the international Comparing Climate Change Policy Networks (COMPON) - research network, and have worked as a visiting Fulbright scholar in the US (University of Colorado Boulder).
