Description of research and teaching

Title of Docent (adjunct professor) in Tree Ecophysiology

I study tree structure and function and how boreal forests respond to changing climate conditions. My special interest is on winter behavior of trees. I am a group leader in a research team Boreal Trees (https://www2.helsinki.fi/en/researchgroups/boreal-trees).

I am a research coordinator in INAR and Atmosphere and Climate Competence Center (ACCC) Research Flagship.
