Curriculum vitae

Anna Martta Seppänen is a PhD student in theological ethics and social ethics, with a special focus on business ethics. Seppänen is a member of CoPassion research group that examines compassion in working life. In her PhD thesis she analyzes the ethical questions of corporate volunteerism. Besides CoPassion she also works in RIFISER research project (Responsible Investment and the Food Industry - Socio-ethical Reflections) where she examines how institutional investors may promote sustainability and justice through the implementation of their investment strategies. She uses conceptual, philosophical analysis as well as mixed-method empirical approach.
