Description of research and teaching
In my PhD research project, I will investigate the effects of birch glucuronoxylan and spruce galactoglucomannan on colon physiology and gut microbiota. I am thoroughly enjoying my PhD and being a part of the multidisciplinary team to explore possibilities of wood fibers in food applications.
