Description of research and teaching
I´m currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Education (UH). My research has focused on the relationship between values and well-being from a cross-cultural perspective, the development of work values and their associations with career outcomes (work engagement, entrepreneurship, leadership), and the topic of polarization in society. I teach courses on the psychology of sustainable behaviors, values, morality, Finnish culture, and cross-cultural psychology.
