Personal profile

Description of research and teaching

I am an Academy of Finland post-doctoral researcher. I'm affiliated with the Centre of Excellence "Changes in Sacred Texts and Traditions" (CSTT) at the University of Helsinki and with the department of Biblical Studies at KU Leuven in Belgium. In my doctoral dissertation I analyzed the figure of Miriam in ancient Jewish literature. My current project compares the Jewish and Greek prophetic figures in the context of the literature of the Second Temple era.
