Description of research and teaching

I am working at the University of Helsinki as a postdoctoral researcher in the Faculty of Educational Sciences. My main research focuses are teaching and learning 21st-century competencies, and school leadership and management. I am also dedicated to the research fields of teachers’ education and training; teachers' and children's well-being; and solution-focused Kids'Skill and Skilful class pedagogical methods, Digital Storytelling as well as Phenomenon Based Learning for principals and teachers. I also co-translated several books "See Good", “Teach Like Finland”, “Kids’ Skill”; “Collaboration” from English to Chinese. I obtained my Master's Degree and Doctoral Degree from Aalto University in Finland and completed my 2nd Ph.D. from the University of Helsinki. I also published a book, several book chapters, and more than 10 internal peer-reviewed articles.
