Description of research and teaching

I am currently working as a researcher at the National Archives of Finland and its research project "Finns in Russia 1917-1964" in which my area of responsbility include the study of Finns in the Leningrad area and Soviet Karelia. As part of the project, I am writing my doctoral thesis which focuses on the activities of Finnish communists in Leningrad and Ingria during the interwar period.
