Curriculum vitae
In my academic career, I have specialized in the contextual theology, missiology as well as the theological issues related to the encounter of religions, especially Hinduism and Christianity. I wrote my dissertation on the pluralistic theology of religions of Indian-Catalan Raimon Panikkar.
I have also specialized in the issues of Religious Education, as I worked years 2004-2010 as a lecturer in RE in the Department of Teacher Education. My current position in the Church Council of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Finland has introduced me to the administration and challenges of the Church, so as a scholar I have invested my time to the position of religious communities in the society as well as the strategical options which the major church may take in the emerging multifaith society.
