Personal profile

Research interests

My research focuses on the educational paths leading to higher education, inequalities in access to higher education, and inclusion and diversity in higher education. Additionally, I study generic skills, critical thinking, and argumentative writing. I'm interested in interdisciplinary research, and I am accustomed in working in diverse research teams.

I am academic coordinator of national Teacher Education Forum. My other current projects are PIONEERED (Pioneering Policies and Practices Tackling Educational Inequalities in Europe, Horizon 2020) and KAPPAS2 (Assessment of Undergraduate Students’ Generic Skills in Finland).
