Description of research and teaching
Lena Sisula-Tulokas is a Professor in Civil Law at the Department of Private Law at the University of Helsinki (1998-). She is currently a Docent in Commercial Law at the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration (1994-) and is the Leader of the InterTran research group (University of Helsinki and Aalto University) financed by the Academy of Finland.
Her major subjects are Transport Law (e.g. dissertation), Tort Law, Contract Law and European harmonization of Civil Law.
