Description of research and teaching

Focus in my research and teaching is on statistical methods, especially on Bayesian methods. Currently I work in the project where we do computational modelling of Clostridium botulinum toxin production. In my previous work I have used Bayesian methods to analyze and reconstruct past climatic and environmental variables (mainly during Holocene).
