Description of research and teaching

Michael Egerer (Dr. Soc. Sci., Title of docent) is a University Researcher at the University of Helsinki Research Centre for Addiction, Control, and Governance (CEACG). His research interests address gambling, gambling regulations and the concept of addiction. Egerer is one of the organisers of the Finnish Gambling network, which brings together stakeholders from research, treatment and politics in Finland. Egerer is the editor of the Gambling section of the Harm Reduction Journal.
