Curriculum vitae

My research aims ar unreavelling the cellular and molecular mechanisms by which mechanical signals are transmitted into the nucleus to control stem cell fate. My research integrates cell and molecular biology of genome regulation, biophysics and engineering to address how forces are sensed at the nuclear envelope and transmitted to chromatin to influence gene expression and thus, stem cell fate.
