Personal profile

Description of research and teaching

Human communication and social interaction inextricably rely on sequences of time-varying sensory information. Here, my research questions regard how information accumulates over time (i.e. memory), how past information affects real-time processing, and how the brain predicts future events.  I apply and develop neuroimaing (MEG, EEG and fMRI) and advanced data analysis and modeling methodology to understand time-resolved information processing in the brains.
