Description of research and teaching
Mikko Rask is Associate Professor of Democratic Innovations at the Centre for Consumer Society Research, University of Helsinki. His research focuses on democratic innovations, knowledge co-creation, and deliberative governance in public administration and sustainability-related decision-making. A particular interest of his work lies in developing research-based tools and models that support the practical application and societal uptake of academic knowledge.
