I'm a specialist in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine and an adjunct professor of epidemiology. I have a long-standing interest in environmental emergency medicine, environmental epidemiology, and disaster medicine. My main focus is on the adverse health effects of extreme weather events in local, regional, and global level.
