Research interests
I work as a salaried doctoral student in the Faculty of Theology, Department of Church History 1st Jan 2020 – 31st Dec 2023. My interdisciplinary study ”American Jews in the Culture Wars during the Obama Era” is situated in the fields of history of religion, social history and North American studies.
My scholarly interests include the following:
- religion in North America
- American society
- polarization and culture wars
- history of the Jews, antisemitism
- study of video games and other popular culture
