Description of research and teaching

Bodo Steiner is Professor of Food Economics and Business Management at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Helsinki. He earned his PhD from the University of Reading and has previously held faculty and visiting appointments at the University of California—Berkeley, University of Alberta, University College Cork, University of Southern Denmark, University of Kiel, and Beijing Normal University. His research and teaching interests focus on organizational sustainability, in particular, social sustainability in food systems, value chains, and organizational innovations.
