Curriculum vitae

Rubén's doctoral project, titled “Green Transition Attempts in the European Union: A critical political economy study of energy provisioning, global commodities, and overconsumption”, elaborates a political economy critique of green growth in the EU, with case studies on solar panels, hydrogen, and agri-food systems.

He holds an MSc in Economics, with a major in Environmental Economics and Sustainable Development (2016). After a two-years experience in the financial sector in Belgium and Italy, he worked on the RECOMS project, with a Marie Curie Research Fellowship host by LUKE (2018-2021).
