Description of research and teaching

I work as a University Lecturer at the University of Helsinki in the field of Special Education. My research focuses on assessment culture, assessment of Finnish as a Second Language (FSLL), practices in special education in bacic education and issues of multilingualism and inclusion. I have extensive experience in teacher education, special education and developing assessment literacy in second language assessment. My puplication include peer-reviewed articles, professional book and conference presentations in both international and national forums. I participates actively in networks for developing assement literacy in FSLL teacher´s work, didactics research groups and Education, Administration and Science group.
