Curriculum vitae

I am a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Helsinki. My research interests are inequalities in ageing, intersectionality, migration, gender, intergenerational relations and well-being. My doctoral research is funded by the Finnish Cultural Foundation. 

In this academic year (2024), I am teaching two courses at the University of Helsinki: Structural and Urban Social Work and Diversity Migration and Global Social Work Issues. 

My teaching subject is focused on international social work, impact of contemporary global migration on social welfare institutional structures and practices, diversity, intersectionality, and theorization on structural social work.
