Personal profile

Description of research and teaching

My current research looks at climate change policy making and politics in a comparative perspective. I am particularly interested in the role of policy networks and media discourse networks in the making of climate change policy. I lead several research projects on these topics and chair the board of the 14-country comparative research network Comparing Climate Change Policy Networks (COMPON, see compon.org). I have also published on media, social movements and globalization, and worked as a Visitig Fellow at University of California, Irvine and the European University Institute, Florence.
