Description of research and teaching

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Helsinki, Social Computing group. My current work focuses on exploring how ideologies and values affect the development of digital tools in digital democracies. My interests include:

  • applications of social science theories in computer science
  • digital democracy
  • digital citizenship
  • e-participation
  • human-computer interaction in technology and politics
  • citizen science
