Research interests
My research interests concern contract law and intellectual property law, especially copyright law. My doctoral dissertation focuses on exploitation contracts of authors and performers and contract regulation at EU and national level. In my dissertation, I examine and analyze the application and interpretation of fair remuneration mechanisms in Articles 18-22 of the EU Copyright Directive (CDSM Directive). The mechanisms aim at improving the contractual position of authors and performers.
