Description (abstract)
AGES studies the effect of aerosols on the mid-Holocene Green Sahara. Aerosols, including dust, have likely played a significant role in modifying hydrological and climatological conditions of Green Sahara. AGES applies global Earth System Models with state-of-the-art aerosol description to assess aerosol-climate interactions.
