Food safety and food chain in South Ostrobothnia

The project is concentrating on the Southern Ostrobothnia area. It will support and deepen the cooperation and networking between the farms, the food industry and the research departments. The expected results of this project will contribute to cope with the demand of the consumers for food of adequate safety. The target group of the project is the food industry and animal farms, both mainly in South Ostrobothnia, Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, Evira (Finnish Food Safety Authority) and the hospital.
