The project belongs to the PRO research program of the RYM-SHOK, Built Environment – the Strategic Center of Science, Technology and Innovation.
The goal of the project will be to understand building n modeling as ane generic technology, that enables radical changes in construction and expansion of the object planning. On other hand, its implementation call for new collaborative relationships that make collaborative modeling possible. Based on the study of the uses BIMis present day planning and construction, a new collaborative model of BIM use will be created and tested in collaboration with the stakeholders of the construction chain. The evaluation of the experimental view will provide foundations for further steps in the collaborative BIM implementation. The project has received funding from HIST for the year 2012.
