This international research project with several chemistry
education collaborators (from e.g. USA, Chile, Mexico, France,
Kuwait, Philippines) seeks to build on an extended
program of research on the use of multimodel representations and writing-to-learn strategies within classrooms and initial studies centered on requiring
students to embed multimodal representations within text.
