"Plastic Passions: The Ethics and Somaesthetics of Self-Enhancement in Contemporary Biohacking" (2020-2023, Academy of Finland, No 331204) centers on an ethnography of biohacking as an ethos of self-optimization and the ramifications of its cybernetic imaginary for our shifting understandings and political contexts of the self.
