ProEnv and ProEnv2 – Process and Environmental Engineering and Sustainability Project for the CIMO North-South-South

The collaboration between the UOulu and the Peruvian universities: Student and teacher exchange, joint intensive courses and research activities, and researcher education in the area of higher education in sustainable production and energy and sustainable development. All the actions are thought to benefit students, researchers and teachers in both countries. Special attention is given to the following thematic areas: use of wood, wood residues and agro-waste in energy, fuels and chemicals production (biorefinery concept), pollution prevention in water, wastewater, land and air, green chemistry and green engineering, industrial ecology and sustainability at large.
