It is the aim of the project is to identify policies and procedures that could promote better strategic planning and management of research careers in the public sector,
promoting inclusion and diversity, while increasing the quality of the science produced. The project is promoted by the OECD Globl Science Forum. Eurodoc was invited to be represented in the project's Expert Group. Filomena is Eurodoc's representtive
