Description (abstract)
The objective of SET is to (A) analyse how the smart energy disruption is manifested in Finland, drawing on technology foresight methods, (B) identify the institutional barriers and business opportunities to benefit from the technology transition, as well as public and private actions needed to enable new industries and modes of operating to emerge, (C) develop tools for the governance of the technologies by combining and further improving transition management approaches for the Finnish context and policy makers, (D) strengthen Finland’s culture of experimentation and ability to develop new competencies based on learning from experimentation.
