Description (abstract)

The study will scrutinize the implementation of the regional and local rural development programmes in Finland over the programming period 2006-2013. Attention will also be given to the impact assessment carried out so far, and ways and means to improve the assessment of the impacts under the new Rural Development Programme (RDP) for Mainland Finland for 2014-2020. The study is implemented with the MDI Consulting as the lead partner and in collaboration with the University of Eastern Finland and Avaintaito Osuuskunta.
