The change in the use of local foods in public kitchens and its regional economic effects

Description (abstract)

The aim of the project is to study both on the regional and national levels the current share of local food that the public kitchens are using. A similar study was carried out in 2013-2014 and these two studies will be compared. Regional economic impact calculations will be done by using RegFin model. The results will be available by January 2020. The study is financed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
