Description (abstract)

Citizens experience many problems of everyday life that may be judicial even though they may never be regarded or resolved as such. Legal problems of everyday life may pertain to finances, debts, housing, work and family. They may also be experienced transacting with authorities or in connection to social welfare benefits. Absence of appropriate solutions may complicate life and lead to new problems. It is important that citizens find appropriate fora to solve judicial problems. In order to know what problems citizens experience in their life one should conduct inquiries. A survey study is well suited for this purpose.
