The Oral History Project of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki

In the autumn 2024, the Oral History Project of the Faculty of Educational Sciences started to collect memories on the faculty's activities. The project began its work by mapping the memories of teaching, research and administrative staff from the 1970s and 1980s. Later, interviews will also be conducted with former students. At the same time, the collection of memories will be extended to cover later decades. In addition to the interview material, photographs and other material will be collected for the research project. The project will pave the way to produce a history of the faculty.
