The budget of the European Union is one of the most important instruments used to achieve the Union's objectives. This book examines in detail the evolution of the general budget of the European Communities since 1968 by analysing the various changes in its content and structure.
Particular attention is paid to examining the successive reforms of the EU's budget, as well as to analysing changes in EU budgetary practices.
