Abstract
This blog post examines EU law remedies for challenging decision-makers when they appear not to be effectively advancing sustainability goals. While the primary focus is on challenging the EU, the discussion also touches on aspects such as Member State liability for damages under EU law. The post highlights recent Finnish and European court cases where decision-makers have been challenged for failing to protect fundamental rights that align with the same legal interests as sustainability objectives.
