Abstract

We describe a microfluidic immobilized enzyme reactor that facilitates the screening of complex drug-drug interactions involving several different drug-metabolizing enzymes, and thus offers a comprehensive tool for in vitro prediction of a drug's metabolic clearance in vivo.
