    Research output: Contribution to journalArticleScientificpeer-review

    Abstract

The article considers the state of art in the study of policy-making in Russia and argues that further research in this direction will enrich our understanding of electoral authoritarian regimes, contribute to the broad strand of historical institutionalist analysis, and help to gauge Russia’s efforts to promote national development by comparison with other states pursuing developmental policies.
