Abstract

Through global mobility, many societies have become increasingly culturally diverse. Nonetheless, this growing diversity has also faced antagonism in the form of intolerance, xenophobia, and racism, thus creating pressing societal challenges for equality. In educating future generations, schools have not only the obligation but also the potential to tackle these issues proactively if provided with the right tools. However, as schools often struggle with insufficient resources, it is vital to know that the means and practices offered to them to promote harmonious intergroup relations are indeed functional and impactful.
